Below are a few recommended watering holes in the downtown area that we have very carefully researched. There are two noteworthy points for our out-of-town guests: 1st – Drinking at altitude can sneak up on you (as can high % alcohol craft beers), so be sure to stay hydrated and pace yourself; 2nd – last call in the downtown area is at 1:45am with bars closing at 2am, so plan accordingly you lushes.

Conveniently located in the Hotel Boulderado, this is a classy spot to grab a cocktail or something to bring up to your room.

Also located on the same property as the Boulderado, the Catacombs offers cheap drinks and entertainment options like air hockey, pool tables, and foosball. We’ll be headed here after the reception for some late-night celebrating.
